Join us in an evening of conversation1 and connection. Let’s talk honestly about our experiences in s*x-positive spaces in Barcelona.
What’s it like to move through s*x-positive spaces as FLINTAs? What do we bring with us? Our desires, our boundaries, our questions, our armor? What are we looking for, avoiding, or figuring out? And what do we often leave unspoken?
This evening is an invitation to gather in community, share space for talking about what it means to show up in these spaces, in all our complexity. Whether you’re deeply familiar with s*x-positive environments or just beginning to explore, this is a space for expressing yourself, sharing and listening.
We’ll begin with a guided talk, moderated by your hosts, Silvi & Huma. It’s not a panel or a workshop. You’re welcome to participate actively or simply listen, whatever feels right. Together, we’ll explore what safety, pleasure, care, power, discomfort, and desire mean for us as FLINTA* folks in these spaces. We might speak about experiences that have felt affirming or alienating. We might touch on the roles we’re expected to play, and how we navigate our own needs in environments that often center other narratives.
There will be no pressure to disclose anything personal, and no expectation to arrive with answers. The space is grounded in mutual respect, curiosity, and gentleness. You’re welcome to bring questions, stories, frustrations, longings, or simply yourself, as you are.
After the talk, we’ll ease into informal time together: chatting and drinks!
1The conversation will be held in English. The rest of the evening, as always, will be multilingual.
*We’ll kick things off at 19:30 on the dot, so try not to be late.
**This is a FLINTA*-first event, but all queers are welcome.

Esta vez nos reunimos en La Federica para charlar y compartir nuestras experiencias como personas FLINTA* en espacios s*xo-positivos. La conversación será solo en inglés en esta ocasión (estamos trabajando para que los próximos eventos sean bilingües).
Si no hablas inglés, igualmente te invitamos a que vengas al espacio social empezando a las 21h30 (con entrada libre): en los encuentros de SHĀHMĀRĀN hablamos muchos idiomas y siempre hay lugar para conectar.
*Este es un evento primero para FLINTAs, pero toda persona queer es bienvenidx.

SHĀHMĀRĀN is a fully self-managed project, in which we create safe(r), international and s*x-positive spaces for the FLINTA* community (Women, Lesbian, Intersex, Non-binary, Trans, A-gender) in Barcelona, and advocate for alternative relationship models, such as ethical non-monogamy, polyamory and relationship anarchy. Every event you attend helps us to keep the community alive and create more events for us.

SHĀHMĀRĀN es un proyecto totalmente autogestionado, en el que creamos espacios (más) seguros, internacionales y s*x-positive para la comunidad FLINTA* (Mujeres, Lesbianas, Intersexuales, No Binarias, Trans, A-género) en Barcelona, y abogamos por modelos de relación alternativos, como la no monogamia ética y la anarquía relacional. Cada evento al que asistes nos ayuda a mantener la comunidad viva y a crear nuevos eventos.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests will only be accepted in writing to shahmarancommunity@gmail.com and must be received within the applicable deadline. All cancellation requests must be made by the participant and must be sent to the email address provided to entradium. Refunds will be issued to the registered participant's account through the payment platform.
An participant may cancel their attendance at a SHĀHMĀRĀN event only within the following timeframes:
a) Up to 7 business days before the event start date:
A full refund will be issued, provided the attendee duly justifies the cancellation due to force majeure.
b) Less than 3 business days before the event date:
No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 3 business days before the event start date.
c) After the event date:
Cancellations received after the event date cannot be refunded for cancellation or non-attendance. In the event of non-attendance, no refund will be issued.

POLÍTICAS DE CANCELACIÓN
Todas las solicitudes de cancelación serán aceptadas sólo por escrito al mail de shahmarancommunity@gmail.com y deberá ser recibida en el plazo establecido en su caso. Todas las solicitudes de cancelación deben ser realizadas por lx participante y desde el email facilitado a entradium. Los reembolsos se efectuarán a la cuenta del inscrito, a través de la plataforma de pago.
Un(x) participante podrá cancelar su asistencia a un evento de SHĀHMĀRĀN según los plazos siguientes:
a) Hasta 7 días hábiles antes de la fecha de inicio del evento.
Se procederá al reembolso completo, siempre y cuando el asistente justifique debidamente la cancelación en una causa de fuerza mayor.
b) Con menos de 3 días hábiles de la fecha del evento.
No procederá devolución de cantidad alguna en el supuesto de cancelaciones recibidas con menos de 3 días hábiles antes de la fecha de inicio del evento.
c) Tras la fecha de celebración del evento.
Las cancelaciones recibidas en una fecha posterior a la celebración del evento no podrán recibir una devolución por cancelación o no asistencia al evento. En el caso de no asistencia a un evento, no se realizará ningún reembolso.
